BUYING AT AUCTION
At Bunch Auctions, we hold our sales bi-weekly on Tuesdays. Our sales are featured through our online bidding platform, with both pre-bidding and real time bidding available. Phone bidding is also available through our website via this form. Both online and phone bidders who make use of our platform enjoy the lowest premiums compared to third-party aggregates.
Our events traverse a broad range of categories from multi-estate fine & decorative arts to specialty categorical collections. In addition to our standard bi-weeklies & specialty sales, we offer four Quarterly Catalog auctions which feature our most refined selection of items.
BEFORE THE AUCTION
Viewing in Person
Please join us in visiting our galleries at our Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania facility during exhibition hours. When you arrive for a preview, feel free to browse any & all lots in person. Our staff is readily available to answer any questions you may have. Preview times listed in the Auction Details of each sale listing. Visit our auction calendar to view upcoming sales and preview times.

Viewing Online
We post pictures & item descriptions for every single lot we sell at auction. Our catalogs are typically posted online 1-2 weeks ahead of each sale. For each sale in our Auction Calendar, you can click the button that reads 'View Lots' to view a complete visual catalog. Items are photographed from multiple angles and perspectives, and can be enlarged for detailed inspection. We are happy to provide additional photographs and condition reports upon request. Bidders can follow these instructions to create an account and register for an auction.
By Telephone
Phone bids are accepted for all auctions and open at $75. To register for a phone bid, please fill out our online phone bidding form. A staff member will phone you shortly before your item goes up for auction.
Live Online Bidding
Online bidding is offered worldwide through our in-house platform BunchLive, as well as thru Live Auctioneers and Invaluable. Please ensure that you are qualified to bid online. Bidders with limited history or with open disputes may require additional credit verification. William Bunch Auctions reserves the right to decline any bidders who fail to meet the registration criteria. Please note that online bidding does have a higher buyer's premium associated. PAYMENT & PICKUP
Online Payment
Payment is required within 10 business days following the auction. Visa/Mastercard/Discover Accepted. You may call our office to provide payment information or use our online payment system. Online payment is valid for US customers only.
Sales Tax
If you are a licensed dealer and wish to be tax exempt, please provide our office with a completed Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate and return it to our office by email or fax along with a copy of your license.

Shipping
William Bunch Auctions does not have a shipping department. We can provide you with a list of recommended shippers who regularly work with our clients. Please contact them for shipping quotes. Please keep in mind your items are valuable and sometimes irreplaceable and that shipping for large and valuable items is often expensive.
